1. What if I forget my user information?
If you have forgotten your password simply click 'log in' at the top of the page and then click the button that says 'email my account information' It is helpful to always keep a list of important usernames and passwords.

2. How do I get the code for my class?
Each class in LeadU comes along with a special code. This code allows you the user and the administration to track points and attendance. To view a list of available classes go to "Teledevelopment" on the user menu. To accept an event click on the event and then click Accept and Create task (this puts it in your personal calendar). Once you have clicked complete the event will be moved to the accepted events tab. Once you have received the code for the class from your instructor you may enter your minutes, code, and role. Then click complete task and click the blue button that says complete. To view your statistics click log in at the top of the page and then click on the box that says view your statistics.

3. How do I register for classes?
If you are a LEADU member: 1. Log in with username and password to www.leadershipuniversity.com. 2. Click on "links" on the user menu on the left hand side of the screen. 3. Click on group links tab. 4. Click link that says "click here to register for leadu classes. All others: please go to www.teledevelop.com to register for classes and pay fees. Note: teledevelopment section is only to track points and attendance, accepting an event in teledevelop does not mean you are registered for the class.

4. Where do I download my documents for class?
Documents are located on the user menu. Click on the link that says "Documents". General documents apply to all users and group documents apply to your particular group or class. To download your documents simply click on the link. If you want to save the document to your computer right click on the link and then click 'save target as.' Now you may specify a folder to save the document.

5. I am a MAC user and winzip won't work?
For those of you on a Macintosh computer you will find that you can not use Win Zip (one of the required programs in the Orientation) Go to www.maczipit.com and you will find shareware to download

6. Why can't I see all of the information that others see?
Often times you must resend information from the server, particular if you have cookies enabled. When new items are added you can simply refresh your browser to display the most current information listed on the page.

7. What do I do if I miss a class?
To make up a Coach2 class you will need to review the particular module and listen to the audio recording. The audio can be found at http://www.b-coach.com/audio Once you have done this you can fill out a make-up form online. The link to the make up form is located under the general links tab. Once this has been submitted to admin it will be reviewed and you will receive credit for the class. Another option is to attend a live Coach2 class on the same module or attend a Saturday make up session.

8. Where do I get Quebec Retreat Information?

9. Why does it say my account was suspended?
When a user creates an account it has to be approved and activated by the LeadU Systems Manager. This is so we can keep track of who is in our intranet system. If you received a username/password from admin at an orientation gateway please use that account. If for some reason you have to create your own account you need to notify the Systems Manager (Katy Jay) at 1support@b-coach.com, so that your account can be approved and activated.

10. How do I delete events from teledevelopment that I no longer wish to view?
You cannot delete events from the teledevelopment section of the user menu, only admin can do that. However you may set your own visibilty options by UNchecking the box next to each event, either in Event Announcements or Accepted Events. For your changes to take effect you must click in the upper right hand corner. If you want to go back and look at events you can click and it will show all events.
